STAIR in Delaware

First & Central Presbyterian Church in Wilmington runs the STAIR program which is an educational enhancement component of a larger after school program. Our volunteers tutor children at the West Center City Seekers after school program hosted by Grace United Methodist, on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
