You're invited . . .

to sponsor a STAIR student for the 2007-2008 school year. Sponsorship proved to be such an enriching experience, that many STAIR donors have already renewed their support to help other children again this year.

Last year, the Sponsor a Student and Business Cares for STAIR campaigns successfully recruited individuals, organizations, and business of this community to support our program by providing student sponsorships. Our goal is to provide sponsorship for all 250 of our STAIR students.

Be creative with your gift giving. Sponsor a Student as an office project with fellow employees, to honor an individual, as your organization's community outreach project, or as a memorial gift . . . but please Sponsor a Student!

I want to sponsor a student, what do I do?

To Sponsor A Student and receive information about his or her progress, just click here and select "Sponsor a Student" on the donation form. If you would prefer to mail a check, simply make out the check to "Start The Adventure In Reading (STAIR)" [without the quotes] and address it to

To Sponsor a Student for the entire year, please make the check out for $750.00. If you cannot Sponsor a Student, but want to help, please visit the Donations page, or think about volunteering, or both!
